Lutefisk: the legendary — and polarizing — Scandinavian delicacy that's not for the faint of heart. If you think you have what it takes to go the distance, step up and represent at Viking Fest's Lutefisk Eating Contest!

Open to brave souls 18 and older, this free-to-enter contest takes place on Saturday between 10:00–11:00 AM, right on the heels of the Donut Eating Contest. Check in by 10:00 AM so you're ready when the call comes.
A waiver must be signed at the event. Sign up below — if you dare.
