Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Viking Fest! Our event draws thousands of visitors to downtown Poulsbo each year, and we're proud to offer a curated vendor experience that reflects the spirit of the festival.

Applications for 2026 are now closed.

The vendor application period closed on March 15th. We receive close to 100 applications annually for a limited number of spaces, and selection is competitive.

A note on vendor selection

Viking Fest is a community celebration rooted in Poulsbo's Scandinavian heritage, attracting families, visitors, and locals alike. Our vendor lineup is carefully curated to reflect that experience — we prioritize retail, arts & crafts, specialty food, and other offerings that are a natural fit for a festive, family-oriented event.

We are generally not a good fit for service-based businesses such as home improvement, insurance, telecommunications, or similar industries. If your business falls into one of these categories, we kindly ask that you direct your energy toward other opportunities — we want to be upfront about this so you're not left waiting on an application that won't move forward.
