Lutefisk: the legendary — and polarizing — Scandinavian delicacy that's not for the faint of heart. If you think you have what it takes to go the distance, step up and represent at Viking Fest's Lutefisk Eating Contest!

Open to brave souls 18 and older, this free-to-enter contest takes place on Sunday between 12:15-12:45pm. Check in by 12:00pm, a waiver must be signed at the event.
